Whenever you buy anything from Harbor freight you also get two or three catalogs every week. free.

Some cool stuff, you just have to wade through the junk.

Has anyone actually ordered from Harbor Freight? I've been intrigued by some of thier stuff, but at the same time, I always wonder about the quality of their stuff.... Any insights?

I've ordered quite a bit of stuff from Harbor Freight. Some of it is good, but some is crap.

Most of their stuff is from Tiawan or China.

They also carry some pretty good stuff like DeWalt tools.

I bought a cheap wood lathe from them for about $90.00 and saw the identical lathe (with a different label) at Sears for $160.00. That made me feel pretty good. I also was able to get a lot of accesories to fit the lathe at Sears.

In short...don't pass them up. If you see something you want in their catalog buy it...Just remember, you get what you pay for.

I ordered this dremel knockoff yesterday, so I'll let you know.

If nothing else, I'm getting a bunch of accessories for my dremel and a carrying case for my motor casings.
