Aerotech 38mm J520 reload

I got it my head to fly the AT 38mm J520 reloads. I picked up a used complete motor and need to pick up the reload. Question is it ok to use the motor ejection or is electronic ejection the way to go. Also for those who have flew the reload how did it all work out. By the numbers it seems to be a nice reload.

While the loads are available without a hazmat charge compare the newtons to the J570. There is quite a difference (~300) for nearly the same price?
