4" Fat Boy

Does anyone know of a source for a 4" diameter upscaled Estes Fat Boy nose cone (BNC80)-- preferably plastic or fiberglass? I want to build an upscale Fat Boy...

Performance Rocketry has a 4" elliptical nose cone that can be ordered from Performance Hobbies (not related I believe). Since it is a fiberglass NC, you would need to install a plywood bulkhead if you want to use it for NC ejection.

I'm familiar with the RGM web site, but the nosecone seems to be a little short and not a true upscale of the Estes BNC80 shape. Either that or the picture is distorted. Any other ideas?

This appears to be a better upscale of the Estes-style nosecone. I will call Ken - thanks!

I have 2 Performance Rocketry nosecones. I have nothing bad to say about them. They are a little pricey but they are good strong fiberglass cones. You can order directly from them.
