I would imagine so if they're being shipped to dealers.

My Pem-Tech King Kraken is begging for the G69 and H123 Skid and my Binder Stealth is begging for the I223 Skid!!!

Not necessary. Perfect example was Ellis motors. Many motors sold were uncertified.

I asked someone I knew will know the answer and he said these loads are certified.
