Acording to rocsim with a G80-13 it could reach 851 MPH.
Assuming this is close to correct could this rocket survive this flight?

Without any modifications, I would doubt it. 850mph plus those big fins with a small root edge. I think you might be is shred city. I would paper (even glass) the fins to reduce the flutter. It might be best to re-design the fin shape all togeather.
