I built a roller assembly to hold my 10" Sonotube to cut a 2" piece off for a ring fin OUTSIDE my skinny elliptical fins which kept insisting on breaking off. One flight so far worked OK, the ring took a beating but no broken elliptical fins :wink: Not thinking very far ahead, I built it too...
OR, if you used the 110/220 v switch sold by at least DogHouseRocketry & AeroCon you could switch BOTH the ET battery as well as the pyro battery :)

For anti-zipper I've been using adhesive felt pads for the bottom of chair legs. I picked up a bag of at least 100 of them for like $5 at a local big-box hardware store. Put 2 of them adhesive to adhesive on the kevlar where it comes out of the body tube seems to work like a charm.
