38mm to 29mm Adapter & Retainer ?

trying to find an inexpensive retainer to fit a PLM 38 to 29 adapter that i believe is phenolic.

any help would be appreciated.
everything i see online, doesn't really give dimensions, so its hard to tell if it will fit or not.

Spend a few extra bucks and get the AeroPack, it'll last forever and fits like a glove.

while i do not know a ton about the PML adapter, if it has a thrust ring or if a thrust ring can be added (should be very easy) then i would recommend purchasing an aeropack retainer.

I used three different PML 29/38 adapters for fifteen years. They worked fine with the Aeropack retainers until one day the thrust ring on one of them sheared off. Disbelief set in and I tried another. The same thing happened. My theory is that after fifteen years the adhesive used to assemble these fails. I’ve rebuilt the other, but I have two damaged Aerotech cases that inform me that the Aeropack adapter would have saved me money.
