I had my Spirit of America Clone all wet sanded down and ready to paint (But the Rust-Oleum Gloss White Failed on the Bull Pup, so it didn't get painted) and it got knocked off the printer and a fin broke off. It would have been fixable if I would have noticed it right away and searched for the broken off fin. But NO....Our New JRT of 6 months had to find it first. I found it later under the bed, in about 200 pieces...
Later, while on our long afternoon walk I stopped in to visit with one of the neighbors on their patio. Didn't pay much attention to it at the time, but I heard her slurping water out of a plastic pond they have. No air or water circulation, just stagnate water. Hour later at about 7pm we had to call the vet emergency. She couldn't stand up or hold her head up. I thought for sure we were going to loose her. But the vet checked her out well and said moldy water can do that. Gave us 2 meds and said if she's not better in 24 hours to come back. So the wife insists she sleeps on the bed with us tonight. Not a common practice at all for the wife.
After loosing Tasha of 12 years to a brain tumor just 6 months ago the wife was just hysterical.
I wasn't sure she was going to be able to drive to the vets. I don't have a license anymore, so she had get a hold of herself.
I was just sitting down to mount some fins on the Alpha and Courier and take some pics, but that's on tomorrow's list now.
For all you pet owners out there, be aware to keep stagnate water dumped so your loved one's can't get into it. It's an expense we are not sure how to pay for, but will have to find a way. I wouldn't wish any pet to have to go through it. It's heart breaking to say the least.

Glad to hear the pup is going to be ok. Also glad to hear that you are working on some rockets too.
