I sent them a purchase request email this morning and haven’t gotten a response. Is that typical of them? Their website says something about getting a new website so I imagine they are still around. This would be my first experience with them so I’m not familiar with how they operate. Do they normally take a bit to answer? Thanks.
 
Ok, I’m not upset. I’m used to some of the vendors taking longer. I just wanted to make sure that was the norm for them. Otherwise I might have thought my email never made it to them. I’ll give him a few days.

“They” are one person, still active (I saw a post from him yesterday I believe). He probably just hasn’t seen it yet. He’s “cerving” on TRF. You could send him a PM here. He seems like a very good guy to me.

Always had great support from him, especially answering my stupid technical questions. I'm sure you'll get something very shortly.
 
It looks like he is moving to a new site. The email I sent him bounced. I suspect it will be corrected in a few days.
 
Not moving to the new site quite yet... the old site and email should be working just fine. I had a few emails come in yesterday and replied to them early this morning, including some PayPal invoices. If you didn't get the mail, check your PayPal account... sometimes the invoices get put into Spam folders.
 
I'm locked out of posting to the Vendor section (again... 4th time in two years), I'll try to get it unlocked. Failing that, I'll post it in The Watering Hole.
