I'm working on trying to fix the "phrases" problem introduced when my webhost moved my site to a new server the other week. Of course the fix that I found on the VB site only made things worse when I went to re-import the vbulletin language file. I'm waiting for an admin at my webhost to replace a munged table in my database (good thing I backed up just before attempting the fix!). The forum may be down till tomorrow, it depends on how quickly they get it fixed.

...but.....but..... Your sign says
"I'm hoping this [change] won't take much longer than an hour or so."
So much for hope and change

Ah! Now I understand the source of the issue.

They likely tried to do a file transfer of database files that were in use, so something is in an invalid state.

I did get an invalid key error yesterday as I was working on things.

All is now fixed. It appears that YORF is 100% operational again with the phrases issue fixed as well. Phew!

The whole thing had to do with the vb3_phrases table being munged up in the database.
