My brother in law flew two of the KISS rockets at NARAM this year. The big one wasn't bad, performed well enough and had a cool parachute, but the little one was pretty much junk. (But it also had a cool parachute.) They've got a Big Lots feel to them. Definitely overpriced unless you're a KISS fan. I'm thinking the straight up kits are going to be similar.

These are not re-issues of original MPC products.

These rocket kits use parts from Chinese rocket kits.

Quest has most of the molds for the original MPC plastic parts.
