If it was like the 2.6" version ,I don`t think it is ,pretty sure.It would be an easy thing to build.

Scott, How big would the canopy be? It might be possible to do a card stock canopy.

Yes the canopy is with the kit. It is printed on card stock plus I am putting an extra piece of card stock in the kit to glue together to stiffen it up.

I bought a large format printer just so I can do kits like this. Makes it nice to be able to print the canopy right on card stock.

I was thinking of using the cardstock as a template ,and making mine out of 3/16 or 1/8 " thick styrene sheet stock ,plenty strong ,easy to cut and weld/bond ,not heavy (not that it would matter with 54mm motors) and besides ,I gots a bunch lying around.

I want to try to make a mold to produce the Pods for the Torellian Invader's NC.
I need some help. Photo with a scale next to it , Anything Top view Side View etc.
Even if it's from the original, Any data would help.
Worse case I'll Vac Form these. May be best for the short run of these.

I tried to contact scott through Facebook. The response I got was: "Chuck, this is Scott's wife. Scott has been away for the past 4 weeks helping his uncle out with the farm. Scott's aunt was given less than 3 months to live, so Scott and his brother are taking care of the farm so his uncle can deal with his aunt. He is suppose be coming home for two weeks because he can not cut some of the crops till after that. I know he said when he comes home that he is going to be working on getting orders caught up before he has to go back to the farm. I am expecting him home sometime friday, then him and our son are heading out for the weekend." I have not heard anything more.

Just checking on the status of these rockets. I have not seen any updates from K&S or anyone else on this purchase.

I see that their facebook page no longer exists and that does concern me a little bit. I understand family first and can wait for sure - just looking for some assurance that these are still in process.

Communication is the key to a successful relationship - just something small to let us know that this has not been abandoned is all i'm looking for.

How were payments tendered for these kits? I'd suggest that if people can't get answers, they start pursuing avenues for refunds via whatever mechanism was used to pay for them.

Scott appears to have taken down the K and S Rockets facebook page, and has put up a K and S Fabrications page, in its place.

He lists a phone number in his signature -- I'd suggest people who have ordered kits start making calls, and asking for specifics on things, or a refund. Just remember, there is limited time to contest charges for non-delivery of goods.

For most of us, it is outside this window. He ensured that by continuing to promise the goods. I suggest everyone contest the charges especially if on paypal. You can at least make sure it does not happen to other by getting his account frozen.

However, my instincts tell me that there is a good chance I am out of luck on this. That bums me out if it ends up eing true.

Way too late on PayPal. Next time ill remember 45 days.....
