Looking for one Marsa Gyro module to use in a cluster rocket.

I bought a Marsa33 with LCD last year specifically for this purpose, but have been frustrated by the apparent discontinuation of the gyro module. I am probably done with Marsa going forward, since it looks like they are dead in the water, but would like to use this one setup I own.

If I can't find the gyro module, happy to sell a brand new 50g Marsa33 with LCD to someone (this is not a for sale thread, just noting I will put it up for sale if I can't find the gyro module). It is kind of worthless to me without tilt limiting and, with the discontinuation of the ROTM3, there really is no way to add tilt limiting to flight computers anymore.

Are they discontinued? I just bought one earlier today and there was no indication they weren't in stock.

You bought a gyro module? I have been trying to get one for over a year!!

Looking now, still says the gyro module is not being produced right now... There is no option to buy one. Did you contact MARSA directly to get one?

I bought the Gyro1 Tilt Module for $49. There is or was a different version, the MfrGyro or something that I don't think is being made. I think that was the networked version. It's confusing because there are multiple versions of their site, with very different info. I hope I didn't get it wrong.

That is extremely helpful, thanks!

The first issue is that I have clearly been going to the wrong website. This is the website I had in my bookmarks and it is the website that comes up if you google "Marsa Rocketry"

I had no clue they had a new/different website!! Thanks for the update, this makes my other comments also irrelevant since I was looking at an old website. It appeared as if they hadn't updated anything in a couple years. They really need to deprecate that old website - I can't be the only person that is not going to the correct place.

They are not discontinued, lead time is about 2-3 weeks from ordering. Component shortages were the problem. I have enough parts for about 6 more (not including the order today, thanks) less any yield from the build.

Edit: The floodgates of availability may open soon, I have a HongKong contact who has unlocked some components for me. Price might rise a bit.

Thanks for the update John - the problem here was the defunct website at http://3.17.74.168/. I didn't realize there was a different website I was supposed to go to in order to get the newer part.

Sorry about that, the DNS is all goofed up, my fault. Use marsa4.com

I will not have any Gyro boards for at least through early to mid 2024 unfortunately.
@jderimig - I am still trying to get one of the gyro modules. Checked the marsa4.com site and it does not appear to work. Is there any way to get a gyro module
