2 Liter Soda Bottle rocket with solid fuel motor plans?

I remember seeing plans for a model rocket that used a 2 liter soda bottle for the "body" and used solid fuel motors a while ago. I think it had a BT20 tube down the center for an engine mount and clear plastic fins. After an intensive internet search, all I can find is "water rocket" plans. Anybody have plans for something like this?

Don't need plans. Easy to just convert a water rocket to solid propellant. Buy a water rocket kit like this:

Stick a bt-20 tube the full length of the bottle, with an opening cut out at the top and the center of the foam bumper. Cut a bt-20 size hole in the bottle cap, and use that to lock the fins in place instead of the water nozzle. Use tape or make a narrow centering ring for a snug fit between the tube and the bottle neck, and glue. Also glue the tube to the opening at the top. I would extend the tube past the top of the foam bumper.
No recovery gear needed, but you could add a parachute if you like.
May need nose weight, may not. Do the sim.

EDIT: After further thinking about this, all you really need are the fins:

Plus a 2l. bottle with cap and bt-20 tube and thrust ring.
Use the cap instead of the water nozzle to lock the fins in place.
Glue the tube to the plastic with epoxy, rough up the plastic first.
Don't need the bumper.
Cost - $5 plus spare parts.

Include in your cost estimations the drinking of the contents first. That should help off-set some of the $5

Run your BT-20 the length of your bottle, stick it a bit through the bottom of the bottle (tip of the nose.). Can put a chute in it. You will need wadding, won’t need a nose cone

Somewhere rattling around here is a build thread. The person painted the interior with black spray paint, then used foam to hold the motor tube in place. The results looked like it was agitated because the paint was too thin, and the yellowish color of the foam showed through.
