I’m starting with the tail because I’m scared.

Started cutting out the pieces for intakes. That’s exactly the coolest and most daunting part of this tiny build.

Step one of thirteen on an intake. I’m not even gonna try to glue three pieces at once.

This is the instructions for the intakes. Then there are four more final detail steps on the next page. So 34 steps total because two intakes.

Tail fully assembled. Letting dry.

Make sure you have lots of CWF. And sanding that tail pod down to the perfect shape is a PITA. Have fun.

Already broke an intake piece and am gluing it back together. Rofl.

I cut the other part labeled S out and glued it onto intake while the broken S part repairs.

Started gluing drop tanks.

Started gluing a intake. I don’t have any clamps this big so I’m using a bottle of water to hold it.

One intake going together. What a pain. It’s still not done.

Final intake support. Then two more panels and it’s done.

One intake done. And my Conquest may only have one if I can’t manage to get the other together. First time I’ve tried a skill level five kit.

Starting second intake. Don’t know if damaged and re-glued S part will let me finish aligning.

I may have to sand down two alignment knubs on this second intake to get it together.
