Yes, they were older E12 0 s manufactured in 2012. On a 0 delay CATO the added ejection charge went off immediately. Even with out an added pinch of BP the burning core blowing out the side of the rocket would have been enough to loose the heavy nose cone. Woosher still would have gone all loosy goosy.

Sounds like the Monty Python song I'm So Worried. Only the red lable E12 0s have CATOED. All the green labled E12 have been fine...recently.
