Why Disrupt And Probe When You Can Fight?

I was inspired by the 2.33 Upscale Photon Disruptor, to begin thinking up other ways to annoy and harrass those evil Photons. I came up with this, the "Photon Fighter". I also want to design one called the Photon Destroyer, but it's late, and I'm tired.
It will be a couple months before I make anything of this, but basically it is a mix of the Ram-Jet and the Sirius Eradicator.
Its Mission will be to Fight the Photons, allowing the Disruptors and Probes to go about their work unimpeded.
Anyway, here is my Idea:

Not Quite. I'm probably going to build a small,(24mm), as a Proof of Concept, then updog it to a 29mm.
