If it's not there? It should be slightly larger in diameter than the tube, and anodized in gold instead of black.

To get into reloadable motors, I ordered this 18/20 RMS casing from HobbyInc about 6 months ago:https://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/aro/aro91181.htm How can I tell if the aft closure was missing from the package?

is it in a clear plastic bag, or can you hold it...

the aft closure, is really just a threaded ring that is gold, and has a "realatively speaking" large hole, so the nozzle can protrude through the closure.

when you tighten down the closure, it compresses the oring agains the closure, nozzle, case and liner.

Post a picture of the pieces in the (hopefully sealed) packaging. Many here can identify if any parts are missing.

If it's sealed, the vendor (or manufacturer) shouldn't have any problem replacing the missing pieces.

There should be 3 pieces, aft, forward closures, and the case. They are usually shipped assembled.
