I have noticed that people make homemade vacuum testers for the electronics. Just wondering how to make one for my self? I will be needing to test the electronics soon.

It can be as fancy or simple as you'd like. For simple, I like to take those squarish plastic 1-quart containers with screw on lids that cocktail peanuts come in, and poke a hole in one of the back corners. You open up the lid, put your electronics and an AltimeterOne in Realtime mode (gives a visual display of altitude) in there with it. Close the lid, suck air out of the hole, testing apogee and slow descent. Video the whole thing if you'd like a replay. Hope that all makes sense.

I have a bunch of sports water bottles from various events. Like these:

The opening is large enough to fit a 9v and altimeter in. Attach some Christmas lights to the charge terminals, drop it all in the bottle, close it up and pull a vacuum with my mouth.
