Hermi blew its main at apogee again.... better early than never! It for sure needed more kick off the pad. Nice flight not sure what Robert got out of him.

Gotta say Justin...that N motor in your Competitor was beautiful!

I've realized the galleries are a bit large and difficult to navigate. They'll stay up for anyone who wants to see multiple shots of their flight.
I've gone through all the photos and picked one or two of the best shots from each flight. I edited them and posted them all I to one gallery. This gallery has only 421 shots, and the shots are cropped much tighter,so it's much easier to view. Enjoy!

I believe that's photo 662 on Sunday. I checked the rocket before it launched and pointed out the coupler was not tight, the airframe ends were not cut square, and the coupler overlap was not 1 caliber. I pointed out that it might fold on boost or possibly the g-loading might tighten it up enough to survive. Obviously the former effect dominated over the latter and Dave got a great picture of the failure. It was a painful learning experience for the student team but unfortunately Debra lost her signed Kosdon casing.Wow, great photos. There are a few of mine in there that I'll need a copy of.
Check out photo number 755 from Sunday. I've never seen a rocket bent 90 degrees in flight(not mine). Interesting flight failure.
