Nice metal cases and lenses on both. Very bright, especially the E17.

UltraFire 7w 300lm Mini Cree Led Flashlight - $3.14 shipped

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006E0QAFY/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Length: 92mm
Power : 1x AA or 1x 14500 3.6v Battery (not included)

UltraFire E17 Cree XM-L T6 2000 Lumen Zoomable and Waterproof LED Flashlight - $6.99 shipped

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KWE4DXY/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Length: wide angle - 135mm, minimum angle - 155mm
Power Source: 1x 3.7V 18650 Battery or 3x AAA battery (Not Included)

I have several of the smaller ones, using a single AA in each.

I just received the UltraFire E17 and am using an 18650. Unbelievably bright and, like the smaller Ultrafire flashlight, beautifully made from aluminum. Mine cost $9.35 which must have been for faster shipping since it only took a week to show up from China.

I just bought and used a 14500 cell in the UltraFire 7w 300lm Mini Cree LED Flashlight. Wow! Vastly brighter than using a AA. As a test of the heat sinking ability of the very small flashlight to prevent the LED from overheating and failing, I ran the flashlight continuously for 10 minutes. The case was fairly warm, not hot, and the cell less so. Considering that ten minutes of continuous use is unlikely in most cases, I don't think the use of a 14500 which is claimed to be OK in the flashlight ad on Amazon will damage the flashlight.

Apparently the:

is exactly the same product as the 75% off from $200 (aka $50) G700 MilTac "Military Inspired Tactical Flashlight" with a different brand marking. I see these scams too often. "Yes, please send me a $6.99 shipped flashlight for $50! Shipping extra? No problem!"

They can get away with it because the flashlight is so well made it could be thought to be worth $50. I've got an older $26 SE Redline that isn't nearly as as bright.
