I've had it with the small TUX
Time to get full scale!
So, here's the body tube technique I am planing to use:
You take an A3 paper sheet and a 30mm pipe. Cut the sheet to a strip wide ~25mm. Roll the strip around the pipe until you make one revolution. Then put glue on the other part of the paper strip and roll it to the end. Wait until the glue sets and remove the paper tube from the pipe. Now you have a paper body tube. Then paint it with transparent paint. Sand it. Paint it with trensparent paint........ until you get a smooth surface.
Any suggestions?
