I'm creating a small "hot-box" with a heat lamp......and I'm looking for recommendations for a simple temperature controller that would allow me to set a pre-set temperature and once that temperature is attained, the temp controller would turn off the heat lamp..... and when the temp reached a preset lower temp it would come back on.
I'm looking to try and keep a relatively constant and stable temperature.
Anybody have any suggestions? Something relatively inexpensive? I've seen manual hi/lo/off switches at Home Depot....But I want something similar that's digital where I can just set the hi/low and it will auto turn/on the heat lamp. Or perhaps some kind of plug in thermostat? where I can say stay between X and Y ?
Maybe something like this:

or this:
