There are lots of TAPs who attend BALLS. The best thing would be to have the two TAPs who worked with you on the design and construction to reach out to some USA based TAPs or to the TAP chair James Russell using email or the Tripoli TAP Forum.
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend.
