Streamer Duration Tips - Missing Links Need help finding the data

On this page: https://members.aol.com/GCGassaway/contest/streamer.htm I found some great info on making contest streamers - but there were two links on the page that were broken. Both pointed to additional data about streamers. One was marked "MUST READ".

The broken links are:

I have not been able to locate these - does anyone have their own copy or a working link to this data?
