Starfire 12F

The Estes Starlight has been a favorite of mine since I was a little rocketeer, so I thought I would try my hand at a Starlight inspired design. Say hello to the Starfire 12F, 12F for 12 fins. With this much balsa to cut, sand and fill, this design might drive one a little crazy.

Very cool. I hope you do a build thread !! Most of my builds have a couple of lumber yards in them , so I understand how mind numbingly pleasant it is to sand and finish the stuff. I'll stop sanding after my left hand no longer does what I tell it to do---Dr. Strangelove effect--or when the twiches begin begin begin beg....
