Interesting that it was inside the engine mount parts bag.

It looks like a Quest streamer attachment piece.
They call it a "Gripper". The area under the white side is peel and stick.
Probably slipped into the kit bag by mistake.

Interesting. The kit does use a streamer, but the instructions say to tape it to the MM, which is ejected at (hopefully) apogee. I don't know how that would connect to the MM without taping it just like the streamer. Thanks for the feedback!
