Is the ROSCO NAR section in Orangeburg still setup with their own website? I think they used to use www.roscoweb.org? That's the link that I got from SOAR (https://www.soar571.com/Launches/launch.asp) but maybe there were wrong as well?

PS - I had originally posted this as *.com but that is the wrong link. There is a roscoweb.com but it is not rocketry related.

www.roscoweb.org was the url they were using, but they didn't get the hits or participation they were looking for, and they didn't feel it was worth the money, so they are going to share with ICBM (Tripoli South Carolina). We may point it to the NSL2008 web site for awhile, once it goes officially live.

Scroll down to South Carolina. Find link.

What is odd is that this is the webstie linked on the NAR section web page, and that destination webpage makes ZERO mention of the club being an NAR section.

Everything on the website leads me to conclude that they have seceeded from the NAR.

No - they share the field with Tripoli's ICBM club. They alternate months. I see the answer I was looking for in another post but just to be clear - ROSCO is alive and well the web site was the only confusion for me. I guess I need to remind the SoAR folks that the old site is down.

No, we (the SoAR folks) know. We and ROSCO are co-hosting the 2008 National Sport Launch in Orangeburg next year, and I'm handling the web site for it. I've left the link up on the SoAR web site because it will be active in some way or another within a month.
