Rockets Found at BALLS 2021

A couple of rockets were found and turned in to the LCO at BALLS.
One of them is a booster for a 2-stage with a camera on board that has a picture of presumably the owner. Does anybody know who this is?


Another is a 75mm carbon fiber minimum diameter. Broken at the top.



Let me know some details of these rockets and I can get them back to the rightful owners.
