Rocket Lab is working on a full landing recovery design, like SpaceX. They're going to build a new facility at Wallops Island.

Its also way smaller than a Falcon booster, there is not a helicopter flying that can handle the Falcons weight. Efficient maybe, it doesn't have the economy of scale that Falcon has and other larger launch vehicle.
