What is your best method for removing paint from fiberglass? My rocket needs a redo

Sandblaster with either baking soda or walnut shell media.

Acetone or denatured alcohol are usually recommended

If it's spray paint, you can wipe it off with a rag and acetone. (Do it outside!) If it's two-part automotive paint, I believe you have to use mechanical means such as Rschub suggested.

Re-did a glass rocket of mine lately. Just sanded off most of the outer layers until smooth and some primer showed.
Then re-primed and painted.
