Public Missiles Tempest rocket kit

I would like information about an out-of-production kit from Public Missiles - the Tempest. Would like to know length, diameter, motor mount size, airframe - I think it is Quantum tubing- fin material.
What was the retail price?
I have sent an e-mail to LOC/PML asking the same questions, but they have not answered yet.
