When designing a printed nosecone, how thick should the wall be? Is 2mm to much, about rigth, or not enough? Should you use 100% infill or what? I assume it is a good idea to set the slicer to print the outer wall first, are there any other settings that are good to use for nosecones?

For a BT80 nosecone I'll probably have to design it in 2 parts (upper and lower) to print it. Any recommendations on how to design how they attach, peg and hole, threads, twist-snap or what? I'm toying with keeping it removable to alter the top half the nose cone between rounded and pointed.
