You will be able repeat and measure Earth Velocity 30 km/s

( in short future we can build radio waves version and measure any rocket velocity
in link main rule new gps/ new compass - we can use Earth's velocity vectore in the same
way like NORTH in classical compass)

I'm looking for cooperate we can make similar measuere system inside
any rocket

You may claim be an engineer, but an important part of engineering is good communication. State your ideas more clearly and with better diagrams and then we might be able to discuss something.

Tesla's stuff is a breeding ground for nutcases.

He doesn't understand how light travels. He doesn't understand how earth travels. He doesn't understand very much.

He randomly interchanges Earth's orbital velocity around the sun, the sun's velocity around the galaxy, but is apparently unaware of the galaxy's motion. Velocity randomly changes between absolute and relative. Random capitals and color changes.
