This is the 4 position setup I built years ago. All of the joints are slip fit, and the cross arm doubles as rod storage.
And this is the rod holder, adjustable to any any azimuth and elevation. The upside is down, but they are just drilled for the proper rod size. Rotate wood block for elevation and/or, rotate bracket for azimuth. Wing nuts lock both in place when done.
Blast deflectors are drilled soup can lids and standoffs are burned estes motors.
This is the launch controller. Low voltage over 50ft ethernet controls relays inside the pad box. 12V battery stays at the pad.
And this is the entire kit (less 12V battery) packed and ready to travel. The grey case contains control panel, blast shields, dog barf, standoffs, steel wool, etc.
