Not trying to re-invent the wheel here . . . just documenting my scratch modular baffle after being disappointed with the commercially available units. I build all my birds so I can remove and replace any part after damage or to just try other techniques or body/fin combinations. I use the BT60 format exclusively with C-6 motors.
A cheap one hole paper punch was all that was needed to get clean cut holes.
1) Punched 6 holes in a BT20 to BT60 centering ring.
2) Covered the center with scrap centering ring cardstock to create a socket for BT20 center tube.
3) Covered the blast face with high temp barbecue black paint (already had on hand)
. . . to be continued
