I have an idea for a rocketry mobile app that I want to get some quotes on but would need a company to do it. Anyone here worked with an app development company before that could recommend or point me to? They don't have to have done rocket related apps before.

No idea, but I expect it would end up being too expensive to justify for hobby purposes. I've built the mobile app front-end for ThrustCurve.org and spent dozens of hours on it (maybe a hundred), and that's pretty simple.
