So, after a very long time spent building and finding time to ground test/finish up, I finally got the Sub-Lime off the ground for the first time. Great flight on a K805G to 3172' according to the HiAlt45k, but onboard video shows that the parachute is too small, and I have some fillets to repair.
I treated the prep of this flight as something of a dry-run for my L3 attempt after the first of the year, including for all the cameras I intend on using, including the RunCam on the rocket, and the GoPro at the pad. I put everything together in a little video (with a typo on the launch date on the first slide...oops...) and I'm really happy with it! Can't wait to do more!

Great flight! That on-board video really highlights how sections can get slammed together on drogue deployment. That was a near-miss caught on video, nice.
Yeah...and thank God for shear pins in the nose...lol
