Large H-13 RC Rocket glider flights from this weekend

Nice flights and nice glides! So, the Colonial Viper flew on an H13 ? Is this the same Colonial Viper that use to fly on a G40?
Yes, modified the motor mount to be just above the wing so the longer motor can go all the way in, and a bit more nose weight. It's just on the edge of Max liftoff weight so you have to be careful and pitch over a bit to get some flight speed before pulling up. Definitely need to fly it at all times.
 
To close out the season here, I flew four nice flights on my upscale Vulcan Bomber, Colonial Viper, Interceptor and Orbital Starliner rocket gliders, enjoy!


If I am reading the rules right, you don’t need an FAA COA because the propellant weight is below 125 g and the loaded weight is below 1500 g. But you do need Level 1 certification. Correct?
