In a previous post, it was said.


While this is of course a valid point, I think you missed the point that Todd was making: AMW is complaining about this bad behavior when they themselves are guilty of the same behavior.

Let me post for the record.

Kosdon East ended over 7 years ago!! I closed those doors..

AMW Inc. is NOT Kosdon East.

You lawyers will understand the details..

The rules that were being applied then, and NOW have been changed!!
Let's get current.
AMW Inc. has not been engaged in any complaining!!

I hope this is still America??

One should be able to ask a question in a RESPECTFULL way about the legality of any action, as it pertains to the rules we are all bound by..

Heck, I am sure those of you who have been involved for any length of time, can recall "The Good Old Days"
Time has moved on, and things have changed.. Good or Bad??

let it go But I agree I don't think AMW was complaining. Either way I think this hobby is to regulated. They regulate motors from (mostly ) smart people !!
