I finally got around to making the Nozzles. Here are the pics. Second from left is the original Kosdon 0.201" nozzle. I'll post a drawing for the 0.201 nozzle and the specs for the others.

VERY nice!

John has done a very good deed and made some nozzles for me. For those who bought Kosdon 1" casings from @DabCat, those are the dimensions for making your own.

AP arrives today...time to make some 1" motors!

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this Kosdon-centric thread. I miss Frank. He was a one-of-a-kind. We had some fun times together. years ago. This latest post activity brought back those thoughts.

Would anyone have information detailing the nozzles specific to his 3"M casings? One was listed as 7600 NS, and the longer casing detail I don't have close at hand at the moment, My memory isn't as good as it once was. I think that it may have been an M5100? Not sure. About 48 - 50 inches long?
I have both casings and forward closures, only the 7600 here now, but the nozzles remain missing.
Thank you for any help.
Jim

Here's the Kosdon 3" motor configurations. Nozzle throat is the same as the AMW 7600 nozzle. 37" liner according to AMW, but I'm not sure if Kosdon had liner overlaps on the nozzle and forward closure.

55.675 long for the 10kns case. It's the one in the back left to right. The un anodized case in front of it is a 54mm 3300 case

Remember, AMW used to be known as "Kosdon East" back in the day. When I certified Level 3, it was on a "Kosdon East" 75/6000 motor. I *think* it was the M1130, but I'm not 100% sure of the designation.

Thank you very much for this John. You'd responded to me in about the same time that it took me to post for help.

Thanks again!

Thank you very much for this, and the the amazingly-quick reply to my request for help.
I do recall that the 55.675 casing used a 2-peice phenolic liner. I have the case and liner and (if I can locate it) back in Toronto (I'm a transplanted Canadian living in America) but much of my rocket hobby inventory won't be here until May or so. I'd forgotten about the 54/3300 motor that Frank made. I have that hardware set back north of the border. Never flown..yet. Having seen one fly years ago, it's a pretty brutal motor. Frank liked that type...

Thanks again.
Jim

I certified on same motor.... AMW / Kosdon East M1350WT in the 6000 case. Paul Robinson gave me the reload after I helped him with some AMW stuff.

Thanks for the drawings. And thanks to everyone that bought hardware off me. I need to make myself some nozzles. I've got a grand total of 2 1" nozzles... and a ton of reloads...
