I've had a 3D printer for some time now, and I usually just roll with the prints just as they come out of the printer. This time, I figured I'd go a little further with it. Printed this in PETG, sanded all the lines smooth, screwed both pieces together with epoxy, filled the seam with bondo, sanded, sanded, and sanded, primed, and just threw the coat of white on. Pretty dang happy with it, looks like 1 piece of plastic. :)
