Importing Engines into RockSim 9

I want to add a motor to the motor list in RockSim but I am not entirely sure how to do it. I downloaded the .rse file and can open it just fine in engine edit. I also found the engine edit file for all the cesaroni motors and tried to add the new motor that list but was unsuccessful. Has anyone had success adding motors to RockSim? Thank you in advance
