Not only did this solve all my work from home cold feet woes, this has also fixed all my "Why isn't this wood filler/glue dry yet‽” issues.. This tiny lil space heater is a true champ (link is to manufacturer, I'm not endorsing any vendor).
Air current? Not that strong. Like it says on the tin, it doesn't heat a room, it heats its immediate vicinity... but it does also push air, and the air is just warm enough to be drier than the room around you, but not forceful enough to push any unset glue out of alignment. Also not hot enough to be a bother to your hands.

Did some wood filler on already attached fins today, no problem, minimal bracing between book and table required.

I've used one like that, on a thermostat, inside my 3D printer enclosure to get the ambient heat up for ABS printing.
