There is a famous NASA film of some long ago messed-up flight (from Wallops?) that goes into the drink, swims around underwater for 15-20 seconds, and then re-emerges for even more mayhem.
Later when I was first dating my wife (and still shooting skyrockets), I told her about it and she didn't believe me, so one night around July 4th, we went on a date along the East River Park in NYC and we both shot skyrockets into the water and you could see the flashes underwater. That's why I married her!
