Dallas ,

Alot depends on the rocket , like do you want to make it interchangeable, among other things.
The newest book by Mark Canepa explains 8 different ways to go about it (very impressive book btw).check out C tulanko's personel link for a great online pictoral. can someone post a link to it ..Carl?

Oh, I've been avoiding this thread because I thought you meant eBay. Well, I made mine by taking a short piece of body tube and epoxying a long coupler tube into it. See this: https://community.webshots.com/photo/283375704/319668774XCMTLu. Then I epoxied two bulkheads together, one that fit the coupler and one that fit the body tube for each end of the ebay. You can see them in the middle of the image here: https://community.webshots.com/photo/283375704/319668454wCFFOS. I then used threaded rod to hold the ends on and make a tight seal. I also put a U-bolt on each end for attachment of the shock cords. You can see it here: https://community.webshots.com/photo/283375704/319669000cISaBO. Then I epoxied a shortened terminal strip to the bulkhead and tied the shock cord to the U-bolt. The finished end can be seen here: https://community.webshots.com/photo/283375704/325001986NDDHra. One thing I would have done differently would be to put a quick-link on the U-bolt and attached the shock cord to that. I wanted an ejection charge cannister to be attached to the bulkhead, but there was just no room.
