I'm working on my NARTREK certification and this looks exactly like the kind of rocket I'd love to build for the 3-cluster requirement. Seems none of the normal outlets have the kit, any chance someone here has one on their build pile they wouldn't mind selling?

Yep I have an as-built 18mm Tres file. It is slightly updated from the above file. Send me your address and I will forward. I'm also working on a 29mm rocksim version and hoping to build it later this year.
