Talked to Sandra about getting the two packs of motors from the A10-0T and A10-3T Catos. She's the only one in CS and has been playing catch up. I told her how much I appreciate her dedication and efficiency.

She said she'll let me know when the Saturn 1B and Skylab will be available. Bill said by Black Friday (27th). She does know that the SLS is slated to be released a week before Christmas.

Sandra has been doing a great job in the Customer Service Department.

Three weeks ago I had a C6-5 motor with no ejection in my new Astrocam rocket.

The ejection cap was still on the motor and the rocket was pretty much totaled (The camera was okay).

Timeline:

Sent e-mail (with pictures) to Estes Customer Service Sunday night.
Sandra responded on Monday that new a rocket and a pack of C6-5 motors had shipped.
Received package on Friday.

I e-mailed Sandra and thanked her for the prompt service.
