Anyone know where I can pick up one, for parts?

Was unpacking this weekend and found my fin unit broken, in two places. I called Christine at Estes and she said they're out of stock, unless I go with the orange one from an Alpha kit.

I'd like to keep everything tranluscent.

Rather than spending buku bucks on a new ebay favorite, have you considered going with the plastic Alpha 3 tail cone and maybe turning it into a cut away version? Maybe split it so you can remove half of it for display. Just a thought...

is the Phantom fin unit made of polycarbonate? several different glues will work for that. around here, TAP Plastics has glues for both polycarbonate and acrylic. you may have a sign store in your area with some good glue. at the very least, try silicone. we've been using a lot of it recently on a couple new Estes kits.
