Looking for a Dr. Rocket or Rouse Tech 38/360 casing in good condition (no pits). Prefer just the casing, but would consider a complete motor especially if aft closure was plugged.

You won't get much rocket with a plugged aft closure. You're looking for a plugged forward closure. Are you looking for a plain plugged forward closure or a tapped plugged forward closure?

True enough. Plugged forward closure - either tapped or plain would work.
